One of my hard drives crashed recently. There were a few very unsettling days where I was just praying that I could get some of my data off of it. Fortunately I was able to rescue everything I needed before it croaked (praise the Lord!)

My curiosity teamed up with a power drill, and the next thing I knew I was setting up a miniature photography studio in my bedroom. The internal structure and design of the hard drive was screaming to be photographed. =)
