I’ve got your photos!
…but I might need your help.
First and foremost,
I’m glad we met!
You are the best part of my job! I get to capture interesting people like you, often doing fun things in amazing places. What’s not to love?!
Well, finding the photos you want can be kind of not awesome. I suggest you start here:
This is where I post all of my work.
If that doesn’t help, come back and read on...
H’okay,
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to find your photos:
1.) The album is private or password protected.
My client (ie. the person paying me) may have requested that the photos be hidden. This is usually because of privacy or licensing reasons. In either case, you will need to get permission from the client before I can give you the photos. I can help, but it will take time.
B.) The album hasn’t been uploaded yet.
Typically I edit and deliver photos overnight. If, for example, the event was on Thursday night, the photos should be available by Friday morning. Delays happen, but as a general rule: give me some time.
tres.) There are too many photos to scroll through.
I get it; I shoot about 72,000 photos every year. Nobody wants to spend their time digging through all that, especially when tools like facial recognition exist. Again, I can help you find what you want, but it will take time.
IV.) There are other photos from the same event, but not the ones you want.
Sometimes the photos just don’t turn out. They might be out of focus, or poorly lit, or unflattering. Whatever the reason, it doesn’t serve me to deliver sub-par photos. However, it’s possible we have different ideas of what is flattering and what is not. There might be photos you’d like that didn’t make the cut, or vice versa. In most cases I can edit the album or check the archives, but once again, this will take time.

I can help, but…
Delivering different sets of photos to different people creates a real bottleneck in my workflow. While I sincerely want you to have your photos, it is still a chore for me.
So, let’s help each other.
First, send me an email, and tell me what you’re looking for. I’ll do my best to get you what you want!
In return, any of the options below would be greatly appreciated:
